Chimney scaffold

The best way to work safely on the roof!
The Custers Chimney Scaffold provides a flexible solution: variation in platform length, construction height, angle of inclination, and extension length. Using standard Custers scaffold sections in combination with just three specific components (extension(s), ridge scissor, and base frame), you can build a safe workplace on the roof. The roof tiles are protected from damage by foam rolls. This system, supplemented with a rolling scaffold equipped with a platform carrier, also offers an extremely safe solution for gable chimneys.

Single-sided or double-sided construction
When constructing the Custers Chimney Scaffold, you can easily assemble a chimney scaffold using the standard parts (i.e., construction frames, railing frames, horizontals, and platforms) for the mobile scaffolds. With the addition of just three specific components (ladder, ridge scissor, and base support), you can create an extremely safe and comfortable working surface. You can vary the design on one or both sides of the ridge, in platform length, construction height, angle of inclination, and ladder length. In addition, the use of platform supports in the mobile scaffold next to the gable end makes it possible to place gable end chimneys all around the scaffolding.

Mobile Guard

Existing and new users
The Mobile Guard system is ideal for existing and new users and offers the safest and most transparent solution, as the floor is completely closed off every two meters and the familiar bracing pattern is maintained, with the associated flexibility to adapt the scaffolding to the working situation in the event of protruding facade sections, for example.

Temporary guardrail
During assembly, the Mobile Guard moves up to the highest level as a temporary guardrail and can be attached at the highest level as a hip guardrail instead of the horizontal rails.
